Our products are designed in Australia and are exclusive to JAMILA HAIRCARE.
Our products are NOT designed for children.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Keep away from open flames.
A small test patch is recommended before use.


No Refunds/ Exchanges.
We may offer an exchange ( of same product value or a store credit if purchase is deemed faulty by JAMILA HAIRCARE. (Store credit is only valid for 30 days).
Please contact us within the first 24 hours of purchase to reach a fair resolution.
We cannot refund if you order the wrong size or don’t read ingredients and instructions on our products before use.
Every item goes through our product testing process. Every product is intensively examined before it is shipped or purchased by a customer/ client to ensure that you receive the highest quality products from JAMILA HAIRCARE.
When purchasing JAMILA HAIRCARE products you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, including our policies and procedures.


All orders placed before 1pm TUESDAY- SATURDAY (Australian central daylight timing) are currently shipped the following business day via express shipping.

Free express shipping for orders over $50 AUD.
Shipped in 1-2 business days ( due to covid-19 pandemic your parcel can be delayed)
